• • • प्ले स्टोर से आधिकारिक mParivahan ऐप डाउनलोड करें।
    • ऐप लॉन्च करें और अपने मोबाइल नंबर से रजिस्टर करें।
    • सत्यापन के लिए अपने मोबाइल पर प्राप्त OTP दर्ज करें।
    • पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया पूरी करें और अपना अकाउंट बनाएँ।

(iii). Checking RC Status on Parivahan Sewa Portal | आर.सी. स्थिति के लिए

• • • आधिकारिक परिवहन सेवा पोर्टल पर जाएँ।
    • “Online Service” विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
    • “Vehicle Related Services” चुनें।
    • वाहन पंजीकरण संख्या दर्ज करें और राज्य RTO चुनें।
    • “Status” पर क्लिक करें और आवेदन संख्या दर्ज करें।
    • RC आवेदन की स्थिति देखने के लिए “Submit” पर क्लिक करें।

2. Driving License 

(i). Applying for a DL on Parivahan Sewa Website

• • • आधिकारिक परिवहन सेवा वेबसाइट पर जाएँ  sarathi.parivahan
    • अपना राज्य चुनें।
    • “Driving Licence” विकल्प के अंतर्गत “New Driving Licence” पर क्लिक करें।
    • जन्म तिथि और Learning Licence Number जैसी आवश्यक जानकारी दर्ज करें।
    • आवेदन पत्र भरें।
    • “Next” पर क्लिक करें और नियत तिथि पर मूल दस्तावेजों और शुल्क रसीद के साथ आरटीओ कार्यालय में जाने का कार्यक्रम बनाएं।

(ii). Slot Booking परिवहन सेवा पोर्टल के माध्यम से ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के लिए स्लॉट बुकिंग

• • • आधिकारिक परिवहन सेवा पोर्टल पर जाएँ।
    • “Online Service” विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
    • “Driving License Related Services” चुनें।
    • राज्य चुनें जहाँ  DL टेस्ट स्लॉट बुक करना हो।
    • “Appointments” पर क्लिक करें और “स्लॉट बुकिंग DL टेस्ट” चुनें।
    • आवश्यक विवरण दर्ज करें और DL टेस्ट स्लॉट के लिए तिथि और समय चुनें।
    • स्लॉट को सफलतापूर्वक बुक करने के लिए विवरण “Submit” करें।

(iii). Checking DL Status on Parivahan Sewa Portal | डीएल स्थिति की जांच करने के लिए

• • • आधिकारिक परिवहन सेवा पोर्टल पर जाएँ।
    • “Online Service” विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
    • “Driving License Related Services.” चुनें।
    • वह राज्य चुनें जहाँ DL आवेदन दाखिल किया गया है।
    • “Application Status” पर क्लिक करें और आवश्यक विवरण दर्ज करें।
    • DL स्थिति देखने के लिए “Submit” पर क्लिक करें।

3. Parivahan Sewa Tax Payment

परिवहन सेवा के माध्यम से करों का भुगतान कैसे करें:

• • • आधिकारिक परिवहन सेवा वेबसाइट पर जाएँ।
    • Home Page पर “Online Services ” section के अंतर्गत “Check Post Tax” link पर क्लिक करें।
    • नए पेज पर “Tax Payment” विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
    • ड्रॉप-डाउन मेनू से सेवा और राज्य चुनें।
    • अपने वाहन का VIN (वाहन पहचान संख्या) दर्ज करें और “Get Details” पर क्लिक करें।
    • स्वतः भरे गए फ़ील्ड को सत्यापित करें और कोई भी शेष जानकारी प्रदान करें।
    • आगे बढ़ने के लिए “Calculate Tax” या “Pay Tax” पर क्लिक करें।
    • Payment Gateway चुनें और भुगतान प्रक्रिया पूरी करें।

4.  e-Challan 

(i). Paying Challans Through Parivahan Sewa 2024: E- challan Parivahan Website

• • • e-Challan परिवहन वेबसाइट पर जाएँ।
    • “Check Challan Status” सूची से “चेक चालान स्थिति” चुनें।
    • आवश्यक जानकारी दर्ज  जैसे  चालान नंबर, वाहन संख्या या डीएल नंबर डालें ।
    • Captcha दर्ज करें और “Get Detail” पर क्लिक करें।
    • आपकी ई-चालान स्थिति संबंधित line में प्रदर्शित होगी।
    • भुगतान कॉलम में “Pay Now” पर क्लिक करें।
    • Payment method चुनें और लेनदेन पूरा करें।
    • अपने पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर  message confirmation और transaction ID प्राप्त करें।

(ii). Checking e-Challan Status Through Parivahan Sewa 2024 | ई-चालान की स्थिति जांचने के लिए

• • • E-Challan परिवहन सेवा पेज पर जाएँ।
    • “Check Online Services” विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
    • “Check Challan Status” चुनें।
    • वाहन नंबर, डीएल नंबर या चालान नंबर दर्ज करें।
    • Captcha दर्ज करें और ई-चालान विवरण देखने के लिए “Get Detail” पर क्लिक करें।

An additional fee of Rs.200 will be charged if the certificate of registration is a smart card issued or renewed in Form 23A. For any delay in applying for a renewal of the certificate of registration, an additional fee of Rs.300 (for motorcycles) and Rs.500 (for other non-transport vehicles) will be charged every month.
5.	Issue of certificate of registration (duplicate)	Half of the fee mentioned in (4) will be charged.
6.	Ownership transfer	Half of the fee mentioned in (4) will be charged.
Note: For every month in which there is a delay in submission of the No Objection Certificate, an additional fee of Rs.300 (for motorcycles) and Rs.500 (for other vehicles) will be charged.
7.	Change of residence	Half of the fee mentioned in (4).
Note: With respect to change of residence, for every month that there is a delay in submitting the No Objection Certificate, an additional fee of Rs.300 (for motorcycles) and Rs.500 (for other vehicles) will be charged.
8.	Recording an alteration in the certificate of registration	Half of the fee mentioned in (4)
9.	Endorsing lease, hire purchase, hypothecation agreement
	(a) Motorcycle	Rs.500
	(b) Quadricycle, three-wheeler, or light motor vehicle	Rs.1,500
	(c) Medium or heavy vehicle	Rs.3,000
Note: If you cancel the lease or require a fresh certificate, no separate fee will be charged.
10.	Testing a vehicle in order to grant or renew certificate of fitness

Any medium passenger vehicle, imported vehicle, or heavy goods vehicle not mentioned in this table of fees and charges include both transport and non-transport vehicles. If the certificate of registration is issued in the form of a Smart Card Type, an additional fee of Rs.200 is payable, except in the case of issue of a fresh certificate of registration after the cancellation of a hypothecation agreement, hire purchase, or lease agreement.
