Background
Registration for the PM Internship Scheme 2024 is now officially open, according to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Those who are interested in applying can register through the official website at https://pminternship.mca.gov.in starting on today i.e. 12th-Oct-2024 at 5 PM.
Over the next five years, the scheme intends to offer one crore internships to young people across the nation. The government has set a goal of offering 1.25 lakh internship jobs at top companies for the current fiscal year (2024–25).

PM Internship Scheme 2024 | Steps to Apply
- Go to http://pminternship.mca.gov.in, the official website of the PM Internship Scheme.
- Once registration link is clicked, a new popup will be shown to enter Mobile no that has Aadhar linked, Post providing Adhar linked Mobile, OTP will be delivered to connect further.
- Candidates would be asked to generate New Password by entering temporary password sent on registered mobile no provided.
- Once all set, A Dash board with multiple options will be shown to complete the profile.
- A resume will be generated by the site using the data candidates entered.
- After that, applicants can apply to a maximum of five internship positions, selecting one based on their qualifications, location, industry, and technical role.
- Once have applied, download the confirmation page and enter the information requested.
Note: A printed copy of the notification should be saved for future use. Post Registration Participants will get notifications on opportunities for internships via registered email or phone number .
PM Internship Scheme 2024 | Eligibility Criteria
- The age limit for applicants must be between 21 and 24.
- At the time of application, applicant shouldn’t be working in any full-time positions.
- The applicants will be shortlisted as per the system, Following the evaluation process, companies will assess applicants and choose the best applicants based on their requirements and application profile.
PM Internship Scheme 2024 | Monthly Stipend
The PM Internship Scheme 2024 will provide participants a stipend of Rs. 4,500 per month, which will be credited into their bank accounts via direct benefit transfer (DBT).
The total monthly stipend would be Rs. 5,000 as participating firms will also donate Rs. 500 from their corporate social responsibility (CSR) funding each intern.
