RITES Limited –  a Government of India enterprise working under the Ministry of Railways has announced openings for Senior Technical Assistant (STA) positions on a contract basis.

The recruitment drive aims to fill 600 vacancies across various engineering disciplines and regions. Candidates with a Diploma or higher qualification in the relevant field can apply.

This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in railway and infrastructure projects.

RITES STA Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

• Full-time Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.

• For the Chemistry discipline – Full-time B.Sc. in Chemistry.

• Candidates with higher qualifications such as a Degree or Postgraduate Degree in the same field are also eligible.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant engineering area is required.

RITES STA Recruitment 2025 | Application Fee

• General/ OBC: Rs. 300 + applicable taxes

• EWS/ SC/ ST/ PwD: Rs. 100 + applicable taxes

The application process must be completed online through the RITES Recruitment Portal. The steps are as follows:

• Step 1: Submit an online application through the RITES Recruitment Portal starting from 14th-Oct 2025.

• Step 2: Upload a recent colour photograph, signature and required artifacts such as proof of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience certificates and category certificate (wherever applicable).

• Step 3: Pay the application fee (wherever applicable) using the online payment gateway and submit the form on or before 12th-Nov 2025
