ECIL Recruitment 2024 | Eligibility Criteria
- Executive Officer- Accountant : CA/CMA/MBA(Finance)
- Executive Officer- Purchase : Graduation with a Master’s Degree or PGDM in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or equivalent.
ECIL Recruitment 2024 | Age Relaxation
- Upper age limit: 33 years (as of the date of selection).
- Relaxations: PwBD applicants receive an extra ten years, SC/ST candidates receive five years, and OBC candidates receive three years.
- Those who were residents of Jammu & Kashmir from January 1, 1980, to December 31, 1989, are eligible for an additional five-year exemption.

The following original certificates and a set of self-attested photocopies must be brought to the following address:

on October 23, 2024 between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Following points must be considered while applying for those posts aforementioned
- Eligible candidates can download the application form from the ECIL website.
- For verification of date of birth : 10th grade certificate or a school leaving certificate is required.
- Qualification Certificates (Marksheets and Certificates).
- If necessary, use a CGPA Conversion Certificate as well
- Experience Certificate from prior companies that detail the duration of time the applicant worked and the position occupied.
- Provide an Appointment letter and most recent pay slips if applicant is currently working.
- EWS, OBC, SC, or ST category certificates are required while applying for reserved employment.
- For OBC candidates, the certificate must not be older than one year and must mention the “Non-Creamy Layer” clause.
- A current passport-size photo and identification proof (government-issued, such a passport or Aadhar) must be there.
- A current certificate pertaining to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).
- A certificate of discharge for former military members if Applicable.
- A relevant certificate if a J&K applicant is seeking age reduction.
ECIL Recruitment 2024 | Selection Procedure
There will be an in-person interview as the basis for the selection process. During the walk-in procedure, applicants will be shortlisted following document verification.
During the interview, the candidates’ experience and fit for the vacant positions will be evaluated.
