(i). Age Limit (as of 14 July 2025)
- Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’: Between 21 and 30 years
- Manager Grade ‘B’: Between 25 and 33 years
Age Relaxation:

- 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates
- 10 years for persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD)
(ii). Education and Work Experience Requirements
- Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ – General Stream
A degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Company Secretary (CS), Cost Management Accounting (CMA), ICWA, CFA or MBA/PGDM.
At least 2 years of work experience is required.
- Manager Grade ‘B’ – General
A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field or an equivalent technical or professional qualification.
Minimum 5 years of work experience is required.
- Manager Grade ‘B’ – Legal
A degree in Law and must be registered as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
Minimum 5 years of work experience is required.
- Manager Grade ‘B’ – IT
A degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or Electronics & Communications or a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.
