How the App Works

This system eliminates the risk of Aadhaar card being lost, stolen or copied without consent. Now there is no need to send email copies or take printouts. Now everything can be done directly through the app in just a few taps.

Beta Version: Early access and testing
The current version of this Aadhaar app is undergoing beta testing which means it is being tested before the final release. Selected users who were part of the Aadhaar Samvaad program are validating this app.
The main goal of this beta phase is to
(i). Collect feedback from real users or a wider audience
(ii). Make necessary changes to improve the app
(iii). Fix any bugs or technical glitches
(iv). Prepare the app for a full-scale public launch
According to UIDAI, the feedback will help make the app better and more reliable for everyone once it is fully launched.
A Step Forward for Digital Identity in India
