Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has released the official notification for BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026.
This recruitment is conducted through Direct Recruitment based on a Computer Based Test.
The selection is planned to strengthen BSNL operations across the country.
The recruitment aims to fill a total of 120 tentative vacancies in Telecom Operations and Finance streams.

(i). Telecom Operations Eligibility
For Telecom Operations posts, candidates must have completed a full-time BE or BTech degree or an equivalent qualification. The minimum required marks are 60 percent. Accepted disciplines include:
- Electronics and Telecommunications
- Electronics
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Electrical
- Instrumentation or related branches
(ii). Finance Eligibility
For Finance stream posts, the required qualification is professional certification. Applicants must be:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
