Shortlisted candidates will be selected on the basis of their qualifications, experience and qualifications. After reviewing the applications the Bank’s Selection Committee will decide on the criteria for shortlisting.
Meeting the criteria for eligibility does not guarantee an invitation to the selection process which is restricted to the most suitable candidates. After an in-person interview the bank will decide the eligibility criteria for the chosen applicants.
If there is a tie then the candidates will be directed by age and senior applicants will be put higher on the merit list.
