Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has released a notification for Entry Level Recruitment 2025.

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for various positions in engineering, accounts, quality assurance and secretarial departments.

BPCL Entry Level Recruitment 2025 | Eligibility Criteria

i) Age Restrictions (as on 1st -May-2025)

The maximum age limit is 32 years for most posts, except for Junior Executive (Accounts) where the age should be between 30 and 35 years.

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC-NCL: 3 years

• PwBD: 10 years

• Ex-Servicemen: 5 years (with at least 5 years of service)

(ii) Educational Qualifications

• Junior Executive (Engineering): 3 year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil or Chemical Engineering with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

• Associate Executive (Engineering): B.E., B.Tech, or B.Sc (Engineering) in the same fields with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

• Junior Executive (Accounts): Graduation with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) and passed Inter CA or CMA (Final CA/CMA not accepted).

• Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): M.Sc in Chemistry (Organic, Physical, Inorganic or Analytical) with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

• Secretary BPCL: Passed Class 10, 12 and Bachelor’s Degree with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). A diploma in Secretarial Practice is desirable.

 

(iii) Work Experience (as on 1st -May-2025)

• Junior Executive (Engineering): Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in petroleum, gas, retail fueling, petrochemical or fertilizer sectors.

• Associate Executive (Engineering): At least 3 years of experience including 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in similar sectors.

• Junior Executive (Accounts): Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation or auditing.

• Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): At least 3 years of experience in chemical quality assurance.

• Secretary BPCL: Minimum 5 years of experience as a secretarial assistant or secretary.

 

BPCL Entry Level Recruitment 2025 | Application Fee

• Rs. 1180/- (₹1000 + 18% GST) for candidates belonging to UR, OBC-NCL and EWS categories.

• No application fee for candidates from SC, ST and PwBD categories.

• The fee must be paid online through Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI or Net Banking. The fee is non-refundable.

The selection will be carried out in the following stages

• Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• Case-Based Discussion

• Group Task

BPCL Entry Level Recruitment 2025 | Process to Apply

(i). Eligible candidates must apply online through the BPCL IBPS Application Portal at ibpsonline.ibps.in/bpclmay25.

(ii). The online form should be filled with basic, personal and educational details. Scanned copies of the following documents must be uploaded:
